What's included: - Client provides all cleaning supplies, cleaning rags, mop, broom, bucket, vacuum, clean linens & towels - This is a "quick flip" which includes (but is not limited to): cleaning all counters, appliances, furniture surfaces; dusting all visible surfaces; making bed with linens you provide; removing perishables from refrigerator; loading & unloading dish washer; alerting host to any items that we notice are broken or left behind by guests - We guarantee on-time flips or your money back!* *On-time flip guarantee requires that our cleaning staff 1) are made aware in advance of check-in time 2) receive keys and all necessary items within 3 hrs of check-in time
