Service Description

- What client provides: no cleaning supplies or equipment needed, client provides 4 clean pillows per bed, bath mats - What we provide: all aforementioned cleaning services, plus we provide rental of clean, hotel-quality linens (including sheets, pillow cases, duvet, duvet cover, pillow shams), hotel-quality bath towels (1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel per guest). Spare towels, beach towels, throw blankets, pillows available for rent by request for an additional charge. These items are only rented and must be returned to Five Star upon request or at our next flip appointment - We guarantee on-time flips or your money back!* *On-time flip guarantee requires that our cleaning staff 1) are made aware in advance of check-in time 2) receive entry and all necessary items within 3 hrs of check-in time
