"In a word: Life-savers! That is what I'd call Five Star. My cleaning lady quit on me with no notice the weekend that I was scheduled to go out of town. I called every cleaning place I could find: One wanted to charge $125 (for a one-bedroom!). One wouldn't come unless I added them as a co-host and gave them 28% of my profits! One didn't have availability for 2 weeks. Then I called Jennifer (on a Friday night no less!). We talked for a while and I explained my situation. Then she came by that night to get the key, took the contact info of my guests, and told me to go have a fun weekend. Her team took care of everything: cleaning, guest communication, key exchange and really saved my weekend. I've been using Five Star ever since!

Five Star really makes my house shine...literally! I'm not sure how they do it but when I get home after a cleaning, every fixture in my apartment is gleaming. It's like they literally polish each fixture for hours...which is impressive since they're in & out in half the time of my old cleaning lady (and charge me half as much)!

There is nothing like coming home to a clean house! I love how well Five Star cleans my place, even down to the tiniest details like how the pillows are arranged on the bed. And what makes it better is that unlike my other cleaning service, they are modern. They send me cleaning reminders on Google Calendar. My cleaning guy (yep, he's a guy!) has a cc reader so I just swipe & pay. I can even book online. It's a big improvement over my old service!

One thing that really impresses me about Five Star is how quickly they respond to every text or phone call. I've had every issue with my airbnb guests that you can imagine: guests locked out of the apartment...guests who broke the toilet paper holder off the wall...guests who changed their arrival time last minute from 3pm to midnight and needed the key hand delivered. Every time I text Five Star, I get a reply basically immediately and their answer is always the same: "We got this!" I just love it.
