DO YOU OFFER DEEP CLEANING AND POST-PET CLEANING?
Absolutely! We know that finding a cleaning service that can tackle post-pet cleaning quickly and efficiently can be essential for a busy host since hosts cannot decline to service customers with Service Animals.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that plans change & guests cancel. However, out of respect for our cleaning professionals, we request 24-hour notice of cancellation. Failure to provide notice will result in a fee.
DO YOU OFFER GREEN CLEANING SUPPLIES?
Yes! Upon request, we can use green cleaning supplies free from harsh chemicals and perfumes. Please provide 24 hrs advance notice.
WHAT AREAS OF THE CITY DO YOU COVER?
Unlike many cleaning companies, we perform cleanings all across the metro areas of the cities that we service. Our only request is that there is private, street, or garage parking in the vicinity. Please be aware that if garage or street parking is required and if the cost exceeds $4/hr, we may request client reimbursement for parking. We do our best to secure parking but client assistance is sometimes required.
DO YOU PROVIDE LINEN AND TERRY SERVICES?
YES! If you want to leave the linen and towel provision to us to really put your cleaning service on "auto-pilot," we offer full linen and terry services for an additional cost. Please ask for more details!
ARE YOU BONDED?
Absolutely! Unlike many residential cleaning companies, we are bonded and our cleaning professionals undergo background checks prior to being hired. Additionally our team is fully insured. Why is it important to be bonded and insured? Because accidents happen every day. And if something happens, we've got you covered!
