STANDARD + LINEN SERVICE

Less Work for You!

This option is best suited for a host who does not have time to purchase, clean and store linens in between guests, but wants to ensure that each guest is greeted with crisp, clean linens for bed and bath.  In addition to providing hotel-quality bed linens and bath towels, our cleaning professionals will also refill/restock toiletry and paper products that you supply, take all dirty linens with them upon departure, and of course bring our own cleaning supplies so there's no work for you before or after each guest!

PREMIER SERVICE

The "Cadillac" of Cleaning

This can best be described as our "wrap -around" service.  In addition to all the aforementioned services, we provide all consumables (eg toiletries and paper products) and schedule our handyman to take care of minor repair-needs that arise.   We can even provide a complimentary lock box for your use, 

This option is best for a "hands-off host" who does not live in town or travels frequently for work.  Our professionals take care of all the home-care-related needs of a short-term rental host.
